International Shipping

Please allow at least 10 business days (this is an estimate, may take longer) for delivery and for your package to clear customs.  Recipient is responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged by customs.  Chic Rubbish is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.

Return Policy

Chic Rubbish offers refunds on regular priced items within 14 days of delivery (sale items cannot be refunded).  If 14 days have gone by after delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN ORDER FOR RETURN TO BE CONSIDERED.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We do not offer exchanges however we can assist you with a "reorder" where necessary.

In the event you need to return an item please email [email protected] for return instructions, you will be responsible for shipping charges.  We advise that a trackable shipping option is used as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow at least 5 business days for refund to appear on your statement.
